行に買収されその傘下にある。ローカル部門を担当する。

このビルの11FにSBIISのオフィスがある。

2000年1月にSoftbank Investment が中国市場への窓口として香港の繊維会社であるチェンワを買収。このオフィスはネット事業転換への拠点として、2000年の6月にオープンされた。日本人数人を含む約30人がこのオフィスで働く。形式ばらない若々しさを感じさせる雰囲気があった。写真は訪問の記念に撮ってもらったもの(2000年8月2日）。
